Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1 day to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way! Orders received after 3pm will be processed the following day and over the weekend, won't be processed until Monday morning.
STORE PICKUP - Is available from our bakery located at 196D Swanson Road, Henderson, Auckland 0610. Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY - During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button.
Orders placed before 3pm during office hours will be delivered the next day or 2 days for South Island orders. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next day and shipped that same day for next day delivery (2 days for South Island). When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
COURIER SERVICE - Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using New Zealand Couriers Nationwide. We do not ship outside of New Zealand at this time.
* While New Zealand Couriers deliver to most addresses in NZ, where there are remote locations such as Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Chatham Island, there may be additional charges to pay the local freight/airline. This is up to customers to check before placing orders as we do not take any responsiblity for additional charges outside NZ Couriers charges.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES - For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@bakeworks.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
