Refund policy

Amendments and cancellation
If for any reason you need to change your order or make a cancellation, please email us on hello@bakeworks.co.nz or phone us on (09) 837-5308 immediately. Once dispatch has occurred no amendments/cancellations will be accepted.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products being perishable, we do not offer the right to return once your order has been dispatched. If you do change your mind or need to make an amendment to your order, please contact us immediately by emailing us on hello@bakeworks.co.nz or phone us on (09) 837-5308. Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched no returns can be made.

Replacements
All our products come with a quality guarantee so if for any reason you receive a product that is less than satisfactory please contact us so we can remedy the situation. We will make you happy (and that's a promise!)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received damaged product, please send us an email at hello@bakeworks.co.nz and including a pic would be helpful. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return Shipping
To return your product, please courier your product to: Bakeworks Limited, 196d Swanson Road, Henderson Auckland NZ 0610
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
