Gluten Free Meatloaf

MEATLOAF

2 onions diced
500g mince
500g sausage meat ( if u cant find gluten free I just use 1kg mince)
1 cup "Bakeworks" breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 egg
salt and pepper
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2cup water


SAUCE:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 gluten free black sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon instant coffee

Mix well

Mix all and place in greased baking dish.
Bake at 180C 30 mins, drain excess fat. Pour sauce over and bake 30 mins or until cooked right through.
